PREMIERE FITNESS is not your typical fitness center. As part of Ashtabula County Medical Center – the healthcare provider of choice in our community – we offer a medical-based approach to health and wellness and a comprehensive approach to help members lead a healthier lifestyle. Our 16,000 square foot facility offers:
Weight machines and free weights
Skilled personal trainers and group exercise instructors
Women’s only room
Private locker rooms with showers and saunas
Free towel service
As an added bonus, The Salon at Premiere Fitness, an AVEDA concept salon, offers services including hair cut and styling, facials, manicures and pedicures, and relaxation massage.

A big thank you goes out to the ACMC Foundation Board of Trustees who approved the funding of 10 new spinning bikes and a “treadwall” (see photos)! The spinning bikes are the top-rated Keiser M3 bikes. The treadwall is a unique total body exercise apparatus. It is like mountain climbing on a vertical treadmill. Who will be the first member to climb our own Mount Everest??? We should have all of our new equipment later this month!
