Arbors at Delaware is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 117 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in todays ever-changing healthcare environment.

Arbors at Delaware is located on the west side of Delaware in a residential setting just a half mile west of Grady Memorial Hospital on State Route 37. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
