The Paragon Supper Club's goal is to provide the finest quality food and service to our customers. To accomplish this, we have assembled an outstanding staff and use only the finest ingredients and food products in our spacious and well-equipped kitchen.
We hand cut our filets and strip steaks daily and serve only fresh fish. We prepare our own dressings, sauces, soups and desserts. Our recipes and procedures are followed with great care to ensure consistency in taste.
Since many of our customers enjoy wine when dining, we have included our extensive wine list on this Web site.
