We are a family owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience in the pool and hot tub industry. A full service company, we offer a complete line of aboveground pools, in-ground pools, portable hot tubs, gazebos, chemicals, toys, and supplies for your pool or hot tub needs. We sell high quality products while maintaining reasonable pricing. Some pool and hot tub companies sell everything from gas grills to tanning beds to Christmas trees. Can they be expected to be experts at everything? Experience tells us "NO." Our philosophy is that we want to be experts at swimming pools and hot tubs, period. Our motto is "We Do It Right!"
Caribbean Pools and Hot Tubs is a member of the NSPI (National Spa and Pool Institute). We share a commitment to public health and safety in the installation, maintenance and operation of pools/spas and hot tubs. Our owner sits on the board for the Mideast Regional Chapter of the NSPI, which allows us to be on the cutting edge of technology in our industry.

We have recently received the national Aqua100 award! This award is only given to the top 100 pool and hot tub dealers in the country. The Aqua 100 defines professionalism not by sales revenues or the number of hot tubs and pools sold, but by how well a dealer succeeds at customer service, product knowledge, quality craftsmanship, and store design. We are very proud to have won this award in our first year of business, something no other company did this year.
