Mission Statement Montefiore provides a comprehensive system of support services related to healthcare needs of seniors in the Jewish and general community of Greater Cleveland.
We are dedicated to a standard of excellence and personalized care so that people may continue to live their lives with dignity and security, and as independently as they are able.

For over 128 years, Montefiore has cared for Cleveland’s aging Jewish and general community. We continue to provide excellent and comprehensive care to individuals as they age and support to families. We offer a full continuum of care including post-hospital, homecare, dementia, long-term nursing home care, assisted living and hospice services.
In 2007, Montefiore celebrated its 125th anniversary and completed a three year expansion and renovation project. This included the refurbishment of all resident rooms, new atrium, offices, Shabbat elevator, gardens, courtyard, children’s play areas, private family dining room, kitchen and wireless connections. The true jewel of the project is The Mandel Rehabilitation Pavilion and 60 bed Post-Hospital Care Center featuring Rehab Road, an indoor simulated neighborhood to help relearn the activities of daily living.

I’m writing to ask a favor.
I’m looking for your help in discovering a few more residents for The Weils. This spectacular facility in the Chagrin Falls/Bainbridge area offers assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing/rehabilitation care.
At this time, we have a few assisted living suites available and recently dedicated a separate area for residents with memory impairment. Our newest addition is the 29-bed rehab and skilled nursing pavilion with private rooms, bathrooms and showers, internet access and flat-screen televisions — coupled with highly personalized care.
