Welcome to our hospital! We have been delighted to care for our beloved companion pets since 1980. Always striving to provide the best veterinary care possible, our hospital is staffed with caring and compassionate animal lovers, and equipped with state-of-the-art disgnostic technology. Lakewood Animal Hospital is a full service facility which treats a wide range of pets. In 1998, The Cat Clinic was established to provide a haven for medical care of our feline friends. With the recent merger of these two facilities into our large new building, we have gained much needed work space to expand our capabilities, while continuing to provide maximum comfort to our clients and their pets. Cats and dogs have separate waiting rooms and exam rooms, as well as separate treatment and kennel accomodations to ensure the least stressful experience for all. Please take a moment to contact us today, to learn more about our veterinary practice and to find out more information about how Lakewood Animal Hospital can serve the needs of you and your cherished pet. With warm sincerity and gratitude, we thank you for your trust and confidence, and look forward to caring for your pets for many years to come!

Koko was the best kitty. He loved to sit on my lap. He would cry to be held. He was the friendliest cat and would sit on strangers laps. He enjoyed riding in the car. He will be missed terribly by me, his Auntie Corinne and his adopted sister and brother.

Lakewood Fire Departments Receive
Donation of Oxygen MasksLakewood Animal Hospital celebrated its 30th Anniversary by donating oxygen masks for pets to the three fire stations in Lakewood. An estimated half a million pets are involved in house fires every year, with thousands dying of smoke inhalation. Just as oxygen masks are used for human victims of smoke inhalation, these smaller masks will make it possible for Lakewood's first responders to provide life saving support to pets until
veterinary care can be administered.
