Patentability Search and Opinion: Search resulting in a full report with analysis, concluded with a professional opinion on the patentability of your creation.
Patent Application: If likely to be patentable, we craft and file your patent application (US and/or PCT/International).
Prosecution Throughout the Patenting Process: We will stay involved as your advocate throughout patent prosecution until your patent issues.
