Meet Dr. Mohn
Since earning his dental degree from Ohio State University in 1997, Dr. Mohn has been involved in his own practice while continuing his education in these areas of special interest:

When any of our patients are in pain, this becomes our immediate concern. Should you experience unexpected dental problems, call us and we will make every effort to see you as soon as possible that day.

On your first visit, we will ask you for personal data and health background information. This information is designed to help us complete insurance forms and other correspondence required. The health information provides a base line history to aid us in providing better dental care for you.
It helps us serve you better if you keep us informed regularly of any changes in name, address, phone number or medical status.

Using all of our examination findings, we will develop a treatment program that we believe will restore your mouth to optimum condition. We will discuss the findings and your questions will be answered. Also, we freely consult other specialists in other areas when we feel it is advisable.

In any strong doctor patient relationship, there is complete trust between individuals and total satisfaction with the service being provided. Therefore, if you have any questions or positive feelings, we welcome the opportunity to hear from you. Only through open communications can the best dental care be provided.
Fees and Payment Policy
In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established a number of payment plans for the use of our patients.
Our entire staff operates as a team and we take great pride in each staff member's training and capabilities. Each staff member can explain your financial options to you.
Our financial staff will do everything to coordinate and maximize your dental insurance benefits for you.
Office Hours and Appointments
Our regular office hours are 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. on Mondays and 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday. The office is closed on weekends and major holidays. At other times, we are out of the office because we attend many continuing education programs to keep abreast of the latest developments in dentistry in order to better serve you.
It is necessary that we work by appointments. Unfortunately, dental emergencies do occur which occasionally cause delays in our schedule. However, we will do out best to honor your appointment time.
