Ceasar Aulizio, Owner of Aulizio's Banquet Center and Catering. Has been in business for 35 years. Traveled the world, spent one year in Greece, 9 months in Italy, 2 months in Switzerland. Ceasar knows how to put the flavors together.
He learned from his father who spent 50 years as a chef in many restaurants. 30 years as head chef at Abruzzi's Cafe 422. Aulizio's is a family business. Ceasar has 7 children and 2 stepchildren. All have worked and most are still working at Aulizio's. Liz Fabian has also worked at Aulizio's for 24 years.
Ceasar and his wife Cherie, father Mike, Mother Kay, and Mother-in-law Doris Reeves are all active at Aulizio's. We have over 150 combined years of experience. We can make any kind of entrees you desire.
