Welcome to Alphabet Nursery School and Alphabet Fit Kids!
We provide a home away from home for your children. Our open door policy invites you to come and spend any part of your child's day with us. Cooperation between home and school offers security for your little ones. Daily interaction with parents and teachers allow parents to stay informed and updated on the progress of their children.

Alphabet Nursery School and Alphabet Fit Kids provide an environment which encourages social, emotional, intellectual and physical growth of children. Each child is respected as an individual by dependable and loving teachers. A child's individuality and creativity is encouraged through structured play.

Alphabet Nursery School offers childcare and development to children 6 weeks old through 12 years old. We offer care Monday through Friday 5:30am - 6:30pm. In addition to infant and preschool care, Alphabet Nursery School offers a companion program designed for school age childcare, Alphabet Fit Kids. This dynamic program offers before and after school care for children in Kindergarten through sixth grade as well as full day care for school days off and during the summer months.

The shift into the new millennium began my 30th year of loving children at Alphabet Nursery School. Welcome to my center!

I began the center in 1975, when my husband was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Disease. At the time, my children Becky, Betsy, and Jimmy were 5 years old, 3 years old, and 18 months. I was faced with the decision of either returning to the workforce and at the same time placing my children in an unstable daycare environment or opening my own daycare center.

The rest of the story is history. What began as a small center for 20 children has now blossomed into 3 facilities, which care for more than 250 children. But to me, Alphabet Nursery School is much more than attendance rosters. It is a loving family of thousands of children and their families and hundreds of staff members who have passed through my life.

It is truly my belief EVERYONE makes a difference in the life of a child - good or bad.
Alphabet Nursery School has an open door policy that allows you to stop in at any time to visit. We are open Monday through Friday from 5:30am-6:30pm. Also, please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your visit!
