Welcome to Reserve Realty's New Website
Reserve Realty Company is wholly owned by William (Allen) and Nancy-Anne Wargo. They first
started with the company in 1977 when they earned Real Estate Licences. At that time, the
company was involved in conversions of apartment buildings to condominiums. The
management of condominiums became an outgrowth of the conversion process.

Reserve Realty has been a member of the Community Associations Institute since 1982. Our
property managers take the courses offered by CAI to better understand the needs of
community associations. CAI gave Nancy-Anne Wargo the Certified Manager of Community
Associations designation in 1996.

Nancy-Anne earned the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate
Management in 1986. Both CAI and IREM have ethical standards of business practices to
which this company adheres.

Reserve Realty Company is partnering with Community Associations Banc to increase
services to community associations while decreasing costs. We can offer direct debiting to
association owners at no cost to them or the associations. We can give Board members
online access to check on their accounts.

We also support the Better Business Bureau and our local Chamber of Commerce.
