Digital Radiography: We were one of the first offices in this area to use Digital Radiography in place of traditional X-ray films. Not only does it emit less radiation than conventional X- rays, but when combined with our computer system and draw pad, patients can view their teeth and roots on a screen and then discuss the results. The possibilities for better diagnosis and greater communication are obvious!
Surgical Microscope: The use of a surgical microscope has reshaped the practice of endodontics. The surgical operating microscope offers increased magnification and illumination for all procedures. This is particularly beneficial in the treatment of "difficult" teeth, re-treatment of failed endos and in surgical cases. It is all about improved outcomes and saving teeth.
Ultrasonic and Rotary Instrumentation: Provide quicker and more thorough cleaning and shaping of canal spaces. These techniques may help save teeth with difficult treatment scenarios, such as calcified or malformed canals.
Electronic Length determination: Provides enhanced diagnostics. This can shorten treatment time and increase long term success.
