LifeCenter Plus is Hudson’s full-service, four-season health and fitness facility, a partner in keeping Hudson fit since 1978. LifeCenter Plus was named one of the top 100 health and fitness clubs in America and, in 2007, garnered “Best in Aquatics” by Aquatics International Magazine.

Degreed, certified fitness staff and personal trainers design individual programs for members—regardless of age, shape, size or physical abilities. LifeCenter Plus facilities include a complete Fitness Center with TechnoGym strength-training and cardio equipment, five pools including Warm Water Therapy pool plus an Outdoor Aquatic Center; Spinning Studio with state-of-the-art StarTrak bikes; Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi Studios; indoor track; rock climbing wall; Kids Klub fitness programs and much more.
