Social issues forum planned
The Church and Society Committee of Union Avenue United Methodist Church will host a Christian Faith and Social Issues Forum the next three months.
-- So what about immigration, will be discussed Oct. 24 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
-- The Rev. Bishop Judy Craig will lead a discussion on Human Sexuality in light of our Social Principles on Nov. 21. She also will preach at both the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. services that day.

The new Alliance Community Pantry is OPEN! This free choice food pantry replaces the once-a-month Kiwanis food distributions and several small food pantries in local churches. Please continue to drop off non-perishable food items in the crates in Fellowship Hall, at the Hartshorn door and at the Union Avenue door! All items will support the work of the new Alliance Community Pantry.
