Welcome to my world of travel and my website!! Through this website, I would like to introduce myself to those of you who may be dealing with me for the first time. Come on in, take a look around and see what I'm all about and what I have to offer you. For those of you who already know me, I’d like to educate you on travel options available to you and keep you “in the know” regarding the latest developments affecting the world of travel. Through the information presented here, I challenge all of you to start thinking of travel beyond the familiar experiences and think of the endless possibilities that exist all over the world. If you could go anywhere in the world and do anything you wanted once you got there, where would you go and what would you do? Why would that be your choice? I’ll be putting some different types of experiences in front of you on this website that just might get you to thinking about those questions and how your life can be enriched through your travels.

1) I begin with you – I want to get to know you first and then I tailor my recommendations around what I think would best fit your needs. I do not begin with a brochure and see how I can fit you into it. You come first.

2) Training – I am a very well-trained travel professional. I hold credentials from the Travel Institute, including the prestigious CTC certification (Certified Travel Consultant) not held by many sales consultants, Destination Specialist certifications for the Caribbean and Western Europe, am an Accredited Cruise Counsellor and have completed various tourism board programs worldwide. I participate in sales and destination training seminars on a monthly basis and attend worldwide travel conventions on a yearly basis. You won’t find many travel professionals who actively sell travel with my credentials.

3) Well-Affiliated – I have chosen my professional affiliations very carefully. Although I am an entrepreneur in the Toledo, OH area, I am very well connected in the industry to my agency, Travel Experts, Inc. headquartered in Raleigh, NC. I am an independent travel consultant for Travel Experts, Inc. Travel Experts has been in business since 1989 and has pioneered the business model of hosting independent travel consultants nationwide such as myself. Travel Experts, Inc. is a proud member of the world’s most prestigious travel consortium, Virtuoso, putting it in the top 1% of travel agencies worldwide.

4) Networking – This isn’t something I do if I have time left over. It’s just as important to my business as being in my office taking care of my customers. Through my extensive networks of contacts both within the travel industry and in the local community, I am very well-connected to provide you with a very high level of customer service.

5) Customer Service – Most businesses will tell you it is their level of customer service that sets them apart from their competition. I don’t just tell you about my customer service…I live it. I'm willing to meet with you at your convenience which sometimes involves nights and weekends. I am almost always accessible to you through either my office hours, e-mail or cell phone. Through my vast network of local contacts, I can often even assist you with non-travel related needs you might have.

6) I'm an Entrepreneur – As an entrepreneur, I am very vested in the success of my business. It’s a huge part of who I am. The level of commitment I give it is much greater than others who work for someone else. I personally care about the business you do with me and will do everything I can to see that you are a very satisfied customer.
