Snow Closing Information

It is that time of year again! During the winter months the Heart of Ohio Council will adopt the following procedures in case of inclement weather.
Council Service Center in Ashland - If the majority of schools in Ashland and Richland County are closed, the Council Service Center will also be closed. 419-207-8300

We now have the ability to add photo galleries to our web page. If you have any pictures from your unit's activities, summer camp, Philmont, National Jamboree etc., please download them to a cd and mail them to the Heart of Ohio Council, P.O. Box 368, Ashland, OH 44805.
