Country Day School, Inc. is an Early Childhood education program designed for children ages 6wks. to 12 years old and provides an optimal setting for play and learning.The center is arranged in attractive learning centers designed to capture the childs interests, natural curiosity and eagerness to learn. Each center enhances one or more areas of a childs social, cognitive, emotional, physical and creative development.

March is a time of Shamrocks, Leprechauns, whistling winds, and the anticipation of spring. The winds will soon bring warmer temperatures and the appearance of trees and flowers begining to bloom. The month will be filled with many fun activities to welcome Spring!

Please remember that all fundraiser orders are due on or before March 8th. The fundraiser is a way that we can enjoy the Zoo trip with no expense to any family. All funds raised go back to the children for their trip. Please see any staff member or teacher should have any questions.

The goals for the month will be to understand the changes in the seasons and how each one has different types of weather. We will discuss the weather and its impact on the world around us. We will also discuss plants, flowers, trees and the impact that weather has on the growth of all vegetation. Various crafts, songs and games will be used to reinforce those things we learn.

St. Patrick's Day Parties
We will be having a St. Patrick's Day parties on Tuesday March 16th and Wednesday March 17th. The party will be held for your child on the day they attend preschool class. If you would like to bring in something for your child's class please speak to their teacher or any staff member. Make sure your child wears green!!

If you would like to allow your child to celebrate their birthday with their class that is acceptable. We only ask that you coordinate it with their teacher. We especially ask that you coordinate the treat with the teacher as their are a few allergies in the center to various foods that could create a problem. We do try to at least recognize the children in song when it is their birthday.

We are excited that you have chosen Country Day School to enrich your childs learning. Please understand that we have an open door policy for you to have discussions with any staff member, teacher and administration. Your childs happiness in learning is our number one goal.

We will be celebrating Easter in our classrooms and the center on March 31st and April 1st. 4 year old preschool will be on March 31st and 3 year old preschool will be on April 1st.
