Western Reserve Properties provides rental homes, apartments and vacation homes in the Madison area. We also provide management services for homeowners looking to rent their properties.
Our homes and apartments have 2-3 bedrooms, with the occasional 4 bedroom home. Our properties are clean, well maintained and affordable. We provide our tenants with a maintenance free, worry free and hassle free environment.
Our vacation homes vary in type, but many are large enough for several families. These vacation homes are available throughout the summer months for as little as one week.
Western Reserve Properties has been in business since 1939. We employ several full-time maintenance technicians for 24/7 service.

Eleven buildings spread out on five acres of land give residents a quiet home and a space of your own. Children have many playgrounds spread throughout the community. Apartment homes at Creekside are either two or three bedrooms averaging around 1150 square feet. Some are bath-and-a-half and all have their own laundry rooms for full size washer/dryer connections. Appliances and air-conditioner are provided.

These apartment homes are a bath-and-a-half with two large bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs has a living room, dining room and kitchen-install with dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. Each town home has a private porch for your grill, outdoor table and chairs. All town homes have their own washer and dryer installed, as well as a 220v wall air-conditioner.

Two bedrooms with one bath, all with their own washer and dryer connections. All apartment homes have a large deck outside their kitchen patio door with an enclosed backyard for privacy. The Township Park is located across the street with access to the beaches of Lake Erie, as well as a basketball court, baseball diamond, and a large playground. Appliances and air-conditioner are provided.

Two and three bedroom ranches with one bath. All are on one level with eat-in kitchen and laundry rooms for full size washer and dryer. Nice size fenced-in backyards with a 8'x8' storage shed for lawn tools and toys. These homes have all been recently remodeled with new siding, insulation, doors, roofs, and vinyl-clad windows.
