The Schilling School for Gifted Children is an independent coeducational institution founded in 1997, chartered by the Ohio Department of Education, and maintaining membership in the Ohio Association of Independent Schools. Nationally, it is one of only two schools serving gifted students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Our faculty is comprised of gifted adults who are experienced teachers, subject specialists, and practitioners in their fields of expertise, many of whom are currently teaching at local universities.
Our faculty has graduated from top tier colleges and universities, including Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Penn, Columbia, Wellesley, Wesleyan, Emory, Vanderbilt, Indiana University, University of Virginia, University of Michigan, University of North Carolina, Brandeis, Furman, University of California San Diego, University of Illinios, and the London School of Economics & Political Science.
