This fall, an exciting new process for ministry begins at North Broadway. Through this process, the people of the church have an opportunity annually to invest their time, talent and treasure in the ministry of North Broadway. Once each year, at the time of the Fall Stewardship Campaign, you will have a chance to make your commitments to the ministries where you are serving for another year - or to make new commitments - or to realign your commitments. At the same time, you will make your financial pledge for the coming year.

The leadership team and the ministry team leaders have already been working to put this process in place. Here is how it works:

Booklets describing the ministry opportunities at North Broadway will be made available to everyone in early October.
First, go through the booklet and select the ministries in which you will participate in 2011.
In mid-October, you will receive a commitment card on which you will mark each ministry in which you plan to participate.
Lastly, on this same card, you will make your financial pledge for 2011.
These cards will be received and dedicated on both October 24 and October 31st in worship; or may be returned by mail to the church.

Your portraits will be ready in time for Christmas.
