For a long time now , customers have been complaining about having to buy a vacuum every few years. And for a long time we have been telling them to buy a commerical grade vacuum for their home. Some say they have spent as much as $500 at the big box store and it didn't last any longer than a cheap one. This is because they don't carry anything but throw aways. They don't want you to be like your mom and have the same vacuum for 20 or 25 years. They want you to come in and buy the same appliance every two or three years.How would you like to buy a new stove or refridgerator every three years? Our better vacuums have a three to five year waranty. Most Big box vacuums have a one year waranty, there's a reason for that. They don't trust them for any longer than one year. I wouldn't either.
