The Holiday Reception Committee asks everyone attending to please bring an unwrapped, new toy for the Toys for Tots program. The U.S. Marine Corps will distribute the toys to needy children throughout the Miami Valley. If you are unable to attend the event, please consider donating a toy by dropping one off at the Board or at one of the many REALTOR offices that have a collection box. (We will also accept cash donations at the Board office.)

September Home Sales Slip From Last Month; Year-To-Date Remains Ahead
Home sales activity in the Dayton area, as reported by the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service, was down for the third straight month in year-to-year comparisons. The 773 single-family transactions for the month of September were a decline of 79 units (9.27%) compared to last months 852, and a 21% drop from the 983 sales reported in September 2009.
