Anspach Meeks Ellenberger LLP is a full-service law firm that historically has focused on the defense of civil litigation, including trials and appeals at all levels, alternative forms of dispute resolution, and administrative adjudication. In 2006, our firm expanded its practice into the areas of estate planning, trusts, taxation, and corporate law with the addition of several attorneys from the Toledo law firm of Fuller & Henry and several attorneys from the Buffalo law firm of O’Shea, Reynolds & Cummings. In 2008, Donna Engwert-Loyd joined our firm thus further expanding our practice into the areas of divorce, dissolution, legal separation and child custody.
Our practice is regional and our representation spans the Great Lakes states. The geographic expansion of our firm has occurred as the result of specific requests from our clients, which, we believe, says much about the quality of our work. In addition to our skills as advocates, we believe our primary strengths lie in our close and consistent communications with our clients and, ultimately, upon an attorney/client relationship of earned and mutual trust.
Founded in 1986, our firm enjoys an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell. Attorneys in the firm are licensed to practice in Ohio, New York, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Florida, Georgia as well as various United States District Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
