A few points to consider about our staff and studio:
We are celebrating our 10th successful year in Marietta.
We have a friendly, caring staff who has the best interest of each child at heart.
Our director was recently certified by the nationally acclaimed "Leap-N-Learn" program for dance teachers. "Leap-N-Learn" was created by a child psychologist to uniquely develop children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development through movement.
Our dance staff continues their education to keep current on the latest trends in dance. We also bring in guest star teachers for weekend workshops for our students at reasonable prices.
We offer our students many local performing opportunities and have an award winning competition team.
Costumes, music and movements are always age appropriate at The Marietta Dance Academy and its performances.
Proper technique, fundamentals and discipline are the basis of our curriculum for all ages and interests.
We limit the size of our classes based on the age and skill level of the students to ensure personalized attention to each child.
We invested in a professional flooring system for the safety of our dancers and staff. Since most dance shoes have very little cushioning or support, repetitive actions of high impact movements can lead to stress on major joints. A “floating floor” reduces the risk of injury.
