Impairment RatingWhen someone is injured, a doctor with this qulalification can rate the impairment. This is done primarily for insurance purposes.

Near Belden Village at the corner of Wise and Terrace roads. FROM CANTON- Go north on Whipple Rd to Portage Rd. Turn right on Portage to first traffic light (Wise Rd.) Turn right onto Wise Rd. and go to second street on the left (Terrace Rd). Turn left on Terrace to enter parking lot. From I-77 north, take exit 111 (Portage Rd/North Canton). turn right onto Portage Rd. Go to third traffic light (Wise Rd). turn right onto Wise Rd. Go to second street on left (Terrace Rd.) and turn left to access parking lot. FROM NORTH CANTON-From Main St, take West Maple west towards Whipple Rd. At stop sign at Wise Rd., turn right. Go one block north to Terrace Rd (on right). Turn right onto Terrace to access parking lot.
