Welcome and thank you for choosing Personal Touch Deliveries, Inc., the office of Dr. Wesley W. Hedges, Susan M. Smith, CNM and Frances J. Ford, CNP. Dr. Wesley W. Hedges has been serving Tiffin and the surrounding community for the past 15 years, with Susan M. Smith, CNM joining the practice in 2000 and Frances J. Ford, CNP joining in May 2008.
Dr. Hedges specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Hedges provides excellent, high quality patient care focusing on complete obstetrics care, infertility evaluation and consultation, annual exams, birth control counseling, menopausal evaluation and management along with all aspects of total woman's health care.
Susan M. Smith, CNM specializes in Nurse-Midwifery, providing excellent, high quality patient care to mothers and babies while helping women through the childbirth process. Susan also focuses care on women across the lifespan providing birth control counseling, annual exams, menopausal care, infertility evaluation and many other well woman services.
Frances J. Ford, CNP focuses care on women across the lifespan providing birth control counseling, annual exams, menopausal care and many other well woman and well OB services.
It is the philosophy of Personal Touch Deliveries, Inc., along with Dr. Wesley W. Hedges, Susan Smith, CNM, and Frances J.
