Ruth Bailey - Dancy, director of education for Face Up Aesthetics Institute, looks forward to sharing her over 40 years in the beauty industry with those professionals seeking to enhance and expand their careers in the esthetics and permanent cosmetic fields. She has been very successful in both Florida and Ohio as an instructor, salon owner, spa educator and director, speaker, and manufacturers' representative for over 35 years, and is the holder of the esteemed CIDESCO Diplomat International Diploma and designation. Face Up is the first certification program under the distinguished list of the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools, teaching cosmetic tattooing. Upon passing Face Up's exam our graduates will be automatically certified and immediately permitted to put credentialing initials behind their name. She is a Nouveau Contour Trainer Representative, and is a certified trainer and Fellow of the American Academy of Micropigmentation. Ms. Bailey - Dancy travels extensively each year to keep abreast on all the newest techniques, which she continuously utilizes and perfects daily in her private business. She is also a licensed electrologist and paramedical esthetician working with several plastic surgeons and dermatologists.
