Woodlan Realtors are proud members of the Middletown Board of Realtors, the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service and the Dayton Multiple Listing Service.
The Middletown Board of Realtors provides our staff with numerous services and it serves our Realtor community as a governing body. The Cincinnati and Dayton Multiple Listing Services (MLS) present some very productive tools to our agents. These computer and Internet based programs allow our listings to be available not only to all Realtors in the southwestern Ohio area but also to thousands of prospective purchasers. Approximately 7,000 Realtors and every buyer that visits one of these websites will have the opportunity to view Woodlan’s listings and contact our agents. Conversely, these services allow for Woodlan agents to cover the entire southwestern Ohio area while assisting a client who is interested in purchasing.
About Woodlan Realtors
For Over 30 years the Woodlan name has been prominent in Butler and Warren County real estate sales. Former school teachers James and Rita Woodlan began their real estate careers in 1972. After only a few years as an agent James became a broker and partner in a successful brokerage “Hatton-Woodlan Realtors.” This evolved into “Woodlan Realtors” in 1984. A new building and location on Dixie Highway became a reality in 1989. Rita Woodlan has now proceeded her late husband as broker, and with her son Brent as President, operate the business with over 20 agents. This family owned company is an example of how an independent non-franchised business can successfully compete with results benefiting their customers on a personal level.
