Much of my law practice involves motor vehicles in some way. I represent people who have been injured in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents because of the negligence of other drivers, and in some cases, by drunk drivers. I also represent people who have been charged with drunk driving. Officially called OVI in Ohio, it is also referred to as DUI or OMVI. I also own one of the machines and perform my own studies on the accuracy of the machine in certain circumstances.
