FILM SHOWING: "COAL COUNTRY "
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 7:00 pm
"Coal Country" is a dramatic look at modern coal mining from all perspectives - miners, activists and coal company officials. It examines the meanings behind promises of "cheap energy" and "clean coal." Are they achievable? At what cost? Are there alternatives? A representative from the Sierra Club will be on hand to discuss this issue and answer questions. (Run time: 85 minutes) The film series is free and open to the public, however donations are gratefully accepted.

West Shore Church offers two identical worship services from the Sunday after Labor Day to Mother's Day at 9:30 and 11:15 a.m. We offer childcare for infants to Pre-K during our summer worship services. Older children and youth attend the service with their parents. Worship varies from week to week so we encourage you to attend several services.
