Welcome to Lovett Law Office.

Lovett & Lovett is a husband and wife, two lawyer firm in Tipp City, Ohio, located conveniently off of Interstate 75 about 15 miles north of Dayton. Most of our clients live in Miami or Montgomery County, but we have served clients inside and outside of the state, and in over a dozen Ohio counties. We have represented clients with double digit millions of dollars in assets and companies with annual sales exceeding $100 Million, but most of our clients are individuals from middle class families and small businesses with fewer than 20 employees.

Our areas of practice are Wills and Trusts; Probate; Guardianships; Medicaid and Nursing Home Planning; Personal Injury; Workers’ Compensation; Real Estate; Business; Divorce and Dissolution; and Civil Trials and Appeals.

Mr. Lovett is an accomplished public speaker and writer, having lectured and written on estate and Medicaid planning for attorneys, nursing home professionals, and other audiences dozens of times since 1993. Mr. Lovett has written and spoken on other topics as well, such as divorce and family law and ERISA. Many of his articles are available for viewing on this web site. As the former Mayor and an elected member of the City Council of Tipp City and an active participant in many community affairs, Mr. Lovett brings a unique knowledge of local matters to the practice.
Mrs. Lovett was one of the first attorneys in Ohio to be certified in Workers’ Compensation law by the Ohio Supreme Court. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mrs. Lovett was a professional singer and actress. She remains a member of the Actors’ Equity Association, Screen Actors Guild, and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.
