At OccMed Source, our goal is to help limit health care
and Workers Compensation costs by providing timely,
accurate, and local occupational medical care with the
goal of reducing expensive emergency room visits and
avoiding the high cost of Workers Compensation claims.
Our Kent, Ohio facility provides a full range of

Choosing an Occupational Health provider is difficult
because the clinic must have a full understanding of the
rules and laws of the Ohio BWC and their programs in
order to best serve the needs of the injured worker and
the employer. In turn workers compensation providers can
reduce the cost of workers compensation claims by
managing the time off. Most lost work days are usually a
result of the Occupational Health provider not fully
understanding the work place or the return to work
policies of the employer. We avoid this by direct
