"Your price was the most competitive that I received after calling several companies. You were the only company who recommended having 3 movers instead of 2. You told me that this would save us money and time. We basically moved a very full 1 bedroom into another 1 bedroom apartment. The men who arrived to move us were extremely professional and polite, they took every precaution to track as little dirt and mess as possible, which was not easy to do being a wet and snowy day.
Even though it took slightly longer than expected, the steps at the new apartment were not the easiest to move furniture up due to many curves. Micah, who was in charge, is a fine asset to your company and kept things moving as fast as possible. "I can only whole-heartedly recommend Integrity Moving, LLC for moving fragile and delicate objects. I recently had to move from Ohio to Florida with a number of fragile French antique furniture and plates from the XVIII and IXX centuries. All pieces of furniture were delicately handled with care using several layers of protection as needed. All smaller pieces like antique plates were also handled properly with adequate protection and care. Altogether no issue resulted from the move with all items delivered intact after unloading and unpacking.

Ive worked with lots of different moving companies. Ive been in business for 6 years, so Ive worked with a lot of different companies.
When I talked to the people in the office they were very, very helpful. A lot of my jobs come up very last minute, and so sometimes scheduling can be tricky, theyre very helpful getting me wedged in at the right times.
When the crew shows up theyre friendly, theyre courteous, they help put the customers at ease. My customers havent moved for many, many years, so theyre a little bit nervous. The crews are very, very good at handling my clients, and theyre very customer-focused.
They know that this is a stressful day for them, and we always have a plan going into a job, but sometimes we need to make some adjustments along the way.
