A Rent To Own Agreement allows you the opportunity to purchase a house within 2 years. Throughout the 2 year contract, you will pay a set monthly rate and do all your own repairs. In return, we will give you a credit per month good towards the purhcase of the home. This is an excellent way to build your credit or straighten out bad credit. Our Guarantee: If you hold up to the contract, which means paying on time every month and doing your own repairs, we will guarantee you financing after 2 years.
