Advantage Motor Works has assembled a fantastic team of employees with over a century of automotive and industrial machining experience.

At the heart of the AMW team is Bob Boyle and Gary Raff. Bob is a highly skilled and respected machinist with 36 years experience. He is best known for his success with preparing his wife, Marcy's, Kawasaki drag bike to multiple titles and records in the 1980's. Bob was National Mechanic in 1986. Currently Bob is an ASE Gold Certified Master Machinist. Gary Raff has 20+ years in both engine remanufacturing and industrial machining. Gary has an incredible understanding of the many dynamics and components of the machining industry. He is a true asset because of his commitment to excellence, strong knowledge base, and willingness to fully evaluate each job on its own merit. This enables our customers to make the right decisions for what they need based on facts, not speculation or high pressured and unneccessary sales. Jim Cushing and Nick Laferty round out our talented team. Jim has 30+ years specializing in the machining and assembly of high performance race engines and is ASE certified. Nick has 10 years experience specializing in diesel and agricultural applications.
