Zampino’s Drum Shop was founded by Phil Zampino in 1968 as a way to offer his students the best possible prices on equipment, books, supplies and related musical products and services. Since its inception, Zampino’s has grown to be a major force in the percussion retail business.
Zampinos was purchased in 1995 by long-time employee and teacher, Scott Grewell, and his wife Patti, thus maintaining Zampinos as a family-owned and operated business. While improving its status to the areas foremost professional drum shop, Zampinos has expanded its service to include percussion equipment rentals and service. Zampinos also offers lessons, not only in percussion, but also woodwinds, brass and piano with a highly qualified teaching staff of ten teachers, which provide weekly lessons to over 250 students.
Zampino’s Drum Shop offers quality merchandise, low prices and first-rate pro staff and service. Customers appreciate our honesty, personal touch and efficiency, not to mention our professional approach to their needs. They know they can depend on us for competitive prices and outstanding service.
