Hi, my name is Dave DeWitt, and I am the owner of and home inspector for Eagle Eye Inspection LLC. My goal is to educate you my client about the condition of the home by performing a home inspection, creating a photo filled report on site and doing a thorough walk through with you to review my findings and answer any questions you may have. There are no passing or failing results, just information that you will need to put into your decision making process. Whether buying or selling a home my job will be to give you the most complete professional opinion possible about the inspected property.

I back every complete home inspection with my "200% Satisfaction Guarantee", if at the end of my inspection you are not satisfied that I have done a complete job I will not charge you and I will pay to have another inspector complete the inspection for you. To help ease your mind further, I will include a Free Pest Inspection (NPMA-33) and a RecallChek with each complete inspection. This dramatically sets me apart from my competition.
