Many of our teens face daily challenges at home and school. Some were troubled and had dropped out of school. Through their participation in the S.T.A.R.S. program, our teens get encouragement and positive reinforcement, helping them get their lives back on track.

As a child, I dreamed of being a Mouseketeer and always asked my mother how can I get on television? I've never forgotten this. The need to give back to the world through music has been a strong force in my life, and helps me understand the creative force within our youth.

Chris is the founder and Executive Director of the S.T.A.R.S. Program. Chris has been in the Music Business for more than 30 years. As an in-demand saxophone player and studio musician, he has recorded songs and toured with many nationally known recording artists to include Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, and Rick James. Chris has written and produced songs for artists Destiny's Child, Paula Abdul, Rashad and Teen Dream.
