Removing those last leaves from your lawn are very important. You lose your best grasses under matted down leaves. The good grasses die out and you have clumps of less desirable grass left.

If you turned on and used your in-ground lawn sprinkler system it must be winterized (evacuate the water from the lines). When water freezes it expands. If there is water left in the pipes of your sprinkler then it can damage them resulting in costly repairs and a delay come springtime.

Simply place a bow on some cuttings from Rhododendrons, English Holly, Spruce, and Pine and wire them together. You can even make a family fun night out of it.
