Gallo Professional Services is a US-based provider of comprehensive transcription services. We are approaching 10 years in the industry and boast clients in state and national government, large medical facilities, universities, and advertising agencies. We also are always willing to work with small businesses and individuals to meet their needs.
We have experience transcribing seminars, focus groups, presentations, meetings, symposiums, interviews, dictation, conference calls, podcasts, roundtable discussions, and more.
The transcripts produced by Gallo Professional Services are more accurate than other transcripts. We use a team approach where an initial transcriptionist transcribes the recording, and a second person must review the entire transcript while listening to the recording before the transcript is ready to be considered complete. Gallo Professional Services also requires all of our transcriptionists to have knowledge of the English language, live and be allowed to work in the United States, and, when possible, we match transcriptionists with subject matter with which they are familiar (i.e. financial background for work regarding the banking industry, medical terminology for medical facility work where appropriate, or transcriptionists familiar with a specific city for work that involves landmarks or company names). These two simple concepts have resulted in more returning clients.

Scope of Service
Video transcription – We create “true verbatim” or “clean verbatim” transcription of interviews, seminars, meetings, or any other video you send us. We have the ability to add timecodes (if provided) to reduce editing time by helping you find just the soundbites you need for your project. We also use our team approach for video transcription; one person transcribes the audio, a second person uses the DVD (or other orginal format) to edit, add timecodes, and/or do logging.
General and Legal - Gallo Professional Services will transcribe any recordings you have. We also can provide you with total transcription services or back up for your current staff during busy times, illnesses, expansion or vacations.

We transcribe whatever you need typed. We have the ability to work from videotapes, digital audio or video files, multiple types of tapes, and printed material (see Formats Accepted ). Completed work may be delivered on paper, or sent by fax or email.
