A Note from Sandy . . .
Hi Happy Quilter! What a fun summer we had at the shop! We were stitching our little hearts out to get samples and projects ready for you for this newsletter!
So sorry the newsletter was delayed a bit this time. We just have so many irons in the fire that needed tending to, including planning new projects and creating two quilts for shop hops, which are quite amazing, I must say! Speaking of shop hops, we hope you had a great time on the Jingle Bell Shop Hop. If you missed it, patterns will be available later this month. Then in November, we will once again take part in the Amish Country Quilt Shop Hop. This is the 10th year for that hop, and we hear there are some special things planned for participants. And if that werent enough, we are embarking on another Bus Trip for the hop, this year on Friday, November 5th. Get your registration in now as time is short!
For classes and programs, we have filled this newsletter to the brim with great new projects we know you will love! Check out our new Buck-A-Block starting in October, on p. 15. And read about our brand new vintage BOM, Aunt Graces Circle of Friends. We are delighted to have Pat Mills offering Gingerbread Joy, a delicious red, green and cream quilt with a spicy sprinkling of Gingerbread folk. Very sweet. Come see Pats gorgeous model. She is an excellent piecer and appliqu teacher, and shell guide you through this multi-block project with ease.
Continuing with new projects, we are starting Gems & Jewels Block of the Month, by my good friend Jackie Robinson, in November! We are excited about this new BOM with Jackies beautiful Roses fabric collection, which uses Margaret Millers AnglePlay templates.

Eunice has put together some very exciting classes this session, including her amazing Illusion quilts! And Sexy Fish is back! Everyone needs a sexy fish quilt, with what else...fish lips! Pucker up! From Marti & Me Club continues to receive rave reviews, and Eunice is a great teacher of Martis techniques.
We spent lots of time this summer taking professional level classes with our sewing machine manufacturers, and we cant wait to share the projects, techniques and new tricks weve picked up! Linda is thoroughly impressed with Pfaffs new 5D Software, and is eager to teach you all about it! Special introductory pricing is available on upgrades and first time purchases!
Be sure to read this issue from cover to cover as it is bursting at the seams! Hope to see you soon!
