This beautiful studio's primary intention is to provide a place for the education, fitness and emotional empowerment of all women through a diverse variety of activities such as Belly Dance, Yoga, Zumba Fitness and Latin Dance classes and unique Adult 18+ events, as well as small to medium scale workshops in many styles of dance, fitness and other health related areas. The Oasis is also available for for you to rent to host private parties, workshops, and business events.
Featured fun to be had here are the Middle Eastern Belly Dance 'Hafla' Nights,
Swing Dance Nights and Latin Dance Nights. Through exploring this website you will find activities that will challenge, grow and inspire you to try something new, step out of your 'box' and enhance yourself in many ways physically and emotionally. Laugh - it's good for you!
Stress is a known danger to your health, but laughter can minimize the effects of even the most stressful situations. Even a smile can chase the blues away and counteract the negative energy of gloomy thoughts. Laughter increases relaxation, one of the major antidotes to stress. As laughter subsides, so does tension and this decrease may last as long as 45 minutes. It stands to reason, the greater the intensity of the laughter, the larger the decrease in tension and the longer the effect lasts. So come to the Oasis, take classes and come to the dance nights for fun, laughter and exercise! It is good for your health!!!
