Based in Northeast Ohio, Vision Automated Office Systems sells and maintains digital imaging sytems in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. It is a specialized hybrid dealership that maintains ties to several manufacturers within its copy division. It has available both nwe and pre-leased equipment, and can "right-size" its customers (either by upgrade or downgrade) to cut costs in a tight economy.

Vision maintains four other divisions, the second of which sells toner cartridges for use in desktop and stand-alone printers and faxes (as well as copiers). Vision cuts prices, typically, from 30 percent to 50 percent, and can ship these products anywhere in the world. Vision markets cartridges for more than 5,000 different models of printers among all popular brands: HP, Brother, Dell, Xerox, Sharp and others.

The remaining divisions of Vision are its technical services division, which are available outside of normal copier leases if desired and/or for owned equipment; printing services division, which cuts costs by 50 percent of what typical office products stores charge, both black and white and color, and includes graphic design support; and an office supplies division that markets everything from paper clips to office furniture.
