The Community Bank is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program which has received a two-year extension until June 30, 2012. Under this program, all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.
Additionally, FDIC deposit insurance has been permanently increased to $250,000.00

The Community Bank is currently offering new shares of common stock of the bank to the general public. The MINIMUM INVESTMENT is 1500 shares at $37.50 per share, ($56,250). HOWEVER, if you are interested in acquiring between 300 ($11,250) shares to 1,500 shares, contact us to make special arrangements.
