What we do
Data that Works is a database marketing company that specializes in building propretary databases for companies to use for business to business direct mail and other marketing efforts. We also work with companies that target consumers.

Mandatory NCOA (National Change of Address) list processing is now required by the Postal Service for both standard and first class mail without anciliary endorsements. We have been processing list, data, and customer files for almost 20 years now and NCOA is a vital component in keep lists accurate and deliverable. Also keeps postage and printing costs down by mailing smarter.

Our new process to append your data files with verified and accurate email addresses is now available.

Anybody can get a voter list, but what about a database of Republican voting business owners? Or how about a list of all elected offcials

New selects are available:
Besides the normal sic codes, sales, employee size, job title/function, ect.... We also have square footage of the building, own or rent the building, number of computers, url and email, marketing prescreen credit worthiness, and growth factors.
Canada is a close neighbor but postage can be expensive for direct mail, try selecting by phone and just calling or do an email blast.
Reactivate those old customers. Send us your file of old customers and we will check to see if they are still in business and maybe append a phone or email so you can call or prompt them to visit your web site.
