A colony in southwest Ukraine, nicknamed “Ukrainian Amish” by the national media, lives in closed community similar to the Amish. Following travels to the region, Edward A. Kline of Berlin recently spoke to three gatherings at AMHC. Copies of his talk can be obtained by calling the center (877-858-4634).

Center renovations and facelift are mostly completed. A wider doorway has opened up the shops. The Lobby and Shops have all been repainted. Museum displays are now in the Lobby and special track lighting was added. Shelving and coat racks were installed. More display units and signage will be added over the winter.
