Weaver Commercial Contractor has been selected as Construction Manager for the Dalton Local School District in Dalton, OH.

WCC was selected to renovate this 2 story historical building near Medina, built in 1852. Along with interior demolition and remodeling, an addition was constructed to include a wheelchair lift.

WCC was given the approval to commence Phase Two of this vast church project in Apple Creek. To reduce total cost, the shell of the building had been completed along with Phase 1. This 16,000 sq. ft. build-out will include a full basketball court/gymnasium with bleachers, youth room, both with extensive audio/visual systems. The project will also include the addition of a gathering area, full kitchen, locker rooms and showers.

A large addition done in 1957 needed extensive remodeling. Very pleased with past work done, the trustees once again asked WCC to manage their project, which included interior demolition and asbestos abatement. The interior of the 3 floors were then rebuilt to include new offices, classrooms and a library/conference wing.

A 33 tall building is being constructed to house a large sanitary silo for the Orrville Chick Hatchery, owned by longtime customer Gerbers Poultry.
