I'm a local realtor in Dayton OH that concentrates on the residential side of real estate. I help people buy and sell homes. I'm licensed in the state of Ohio but keep my practice mainly in the areas of Montgomery, Greene and Warren counties. I can assist with existing homes and new construction as well. Either buyer or seller, I help guide you through a contract, financing and inspections. I am certified in residential sales and hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.
