We offer extended hours for your convenience: M-Th 8am – 8pm, Fri 8am – 4pm, and Saturdays by appointment. Call by 11 am for a same-day, emergency appointment – guaranteed. We are conveniently located at 3951 W. Sylvania Ave. – across from the Franklin Park Mall and near I-475.
