Join the Upper School administrative team for informal conversation, questions, and (of course) coffee and doughnuts!

Lower School students and a male of their choice (dad, grandfather, uncle, family friend) are invited to join us for donuts, beverages and conversation on Friday Dec. 10 from 7:30-8 am in the Lower School gym. This is a great opportunity to meet staff, teachers and your child's classmates. No RSVP is necessary. For questions, contact one of the Parents Pride Coordinators: Kim Imbrigiotta at IMBOS@aol.com or Ellen Neroni at Neroni5@sbcglobal.net.

1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
The Lower School Parents Pride coordinators are holding monthly meetings for all interested parents on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, at 1:30 p.m. in the Parents Den.
Location: Lower School - Parents Den

Come meet other Lawrence parents, hear about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities, and add your input and ideas. No RSVP’s are necessary. Come once or every month. All are welcome! Contact Kim Imbrigiotta at IMBOS@aol.com or Ellen Neroni at neroni5@sbcglobal.net with questions.

Early Reading Screenings
When: Ongoing throughout the school year
Time: 30 minute appointments scheduled between 9 am and 12 noon

Are you concerned about your child's reading level? Wondering if your child is on par with their peers in language development? Lower School Head Vanessa Diffenbacher and Assessment Center Director Ethan Schafer are offering free reading skills screenings for non-Lawrence students in grades K-6. Screenings take place at the Lower School and include a personalized feedback session and recommendations. These screenings are for non-Lawrence students and by appointment only. Interested parents can contact Vanessa Diffenbacher to schedule an appointment.

Enjoy the holidays and we will see you back at school on Monday, January 3!

Lawrence Receives Music Grant
Thanks to a generous grant from the Kulas Foundation, the music and drama departments on both campuses have been able to purchase new instruments, wireless microphones and earpieces, textbooks and other items to enhance student participation in the arts.

High school students are reminded that 20 hours of community service need to be completed before the end of the school year. Don't wait until May to start!
